He's saying white people can't achieve a high percentile score because the better educated immigrants bust the curve.
immigrants score the lowest on tests, but they also take all our jobs, while at the same time taking all the welfare and buying all the homes

This is a pretty stunning admission, he doesn't appear to know how group insurance works. Toyota/GM don't buy insurance, employers of that size are self-funded. They pay United or Aetna for admin services, but they pay for the actual health care themselves (with some catastrophic/stop-loss coverage)
