Wenn die Europäer ihren strategischen Angang zu Ukraine und Russland nicht ändern, wird das nichts mit Europäischer Sicherheitsordnung. Kreisläufe aus diplomatischer Nahtoderfahrung und dann doch weiter wie vorher werden nicht ausreichen.
