As you probably know, that's how Lee Child got his character Jack Reacher - as LC is very tall, his wife joked he could get a job as a "reacher" in a supermarket, getting things off high shelves for people, if his writing career didn't work out.

Dolly's such a star - she said people had called her a "dumb blonde", but that the joke was on them because she's not dumb and definitely not blonde. She also gave money to help develop the Covid vaccine. This is what rich people should do with their wealth, not hire out Venice for their wedding.

Couple moved in next door. Old bloke lived there before had a beautiful garden. He spent every day in it. New guy ripped out everything & put fake grass in. So I've planted trees next to the boundary that will fill his lawn with dead leaves in the autumn. This one's for you Alf
