What an amazing month of reading! I’m generous with stars, and even the ⭐️⭐️⭐️ books I read were great. I’d recommend all of these! Heavy on the audio and my first NF of the year, which was SO GOOD! The Dewey Decimal System used to only have two classifications for Black people: 325 (colonization) & 326 (slavery). Each book by a Black person was put into one of these classifications. A book of poetry? Classified as colonization.

January reads. FW & IF were rereads in preparation for Onyx Storm…which I still haven’t read. Parable of the Sower was…amazing, heart wrenching, timely. All the things. I think about it daily.
