I had a great laugh because it is programmed to answer one single question; nothing else. Not an issue, but that could be fun for customers in the future. Chat bots may not quite be where we need them to be, to offer “full” customer service. Lol.

AI is so much fun! I had to call a company today to get some information and of course got the answer “We have more calls that usual due to the postal strike and it may be awhile before an agent can take your call. Then a chat bot came on and asked how to help. 1/

In summary only plain ordinary paper plates and straws break down quickly.
