Oh my, it’s been quite the couple of weeks. Oral exams, KS3 kids and hot weather, all the unseen, stressy ‘stuff’ that has been a little bit more for various reasons this week. The sum of the parts has been greater by quite the margin. Come bank holiday weekend, and welcome!

The new Aspects of History edition is out. Lots of great content as always, but not least my interview with
@anniehistory.bsky.social‬ about her new book (& my review of that book). Going to be a sunny week, so why not download a copy & head to the garden with a tasty beverage? #history
I rarely smile on a Monday, but I am today. Aspects of history magazine is out, and features an interview with me on p78, and a review of my new book on p93 by @paulbernardi.bsky.social and it's a belter 😊
