My own small exp w/ St. Paul policing on this. Short thread.
Early summer we had a Sunday afternoon private lounge party for a regular. A family member ended up on the patio and got in a fight w another family member and in anger shot his gun (we explicitly ban guns but you know) in the air.

St. Paul was inspired by the "Denver Model" and created its own "Saint Paul Model" and brought their clearance rate from 37% in 2023 to 70.5% in 2024.

In 2025, St. Paul is now trending to have a 30% reduction in shots fired and a 70% reduction in homicides.
