Australia’s “free” and “universal” healthcare really just means:

- If you’re rich you can access preventative healthcare, medications and surgery whenever you want.

- If you’re poor we’ll patch you up in hospital after the fact and send you back home with the same underlying health issues.

Before & after 15 minutes first pass, hand removing asthma week with gardening gloves and mask. Realised this week that I assume multiple passes at most things: first to make progress quickly and build momentum which in turn helps build focus& flow for sustained effort to complete detailed work.
