I have finally reached the point where I enjoy going to the gym and stick to my new dietary habit. The first couple of months were difficult because I had cravings, but for each night craving something, there was a day I picked where I would cook or bake it instead.

Maybe I should start telling some of my dreams. lol
When I was a teen, I had a nightmare where I was hunted down by a witch. Every time I tried to tell others, I threw up insects and danced the Macarena. She caught up to me, but I woke up before she killed me.
