Opinion: How the West Betrayed Starving Ukraine Long Before Munich
As Trump seeks to make a deal over Ukraine with a modern-day Russian Stalin, we should recall what happened the last time a US president did this.

Since President Trump proposed a 30-day ceasefire - which Ukraine accepted and which we support - Putin’s strikes in Ukraine have increased fivefold. This must stop now.

Wow - I knew cutting Medicaid is unpopular. I didn't know it is *this* unpopular.
There is not a single congressional district in the U.S. where more than 15% of voters support cuts to Medicaid.

Donald Trump was confident he could end Russia’s war in Ukraine in a matter of days, but a short-term ceasefire remains elusive.

On Lawfare Daily, @lapatina.bsky.social spoke to @mykolabielieskov.bsky.social about what can force Russia to stop the war. www.lawfaremedia.org/article/lawf...

Why does the US have a huge current account deficit?
Because it has a huge budget deficit of 7% of GDP.
The US should save more if it wanted to reduce its current account deficit, not start a trade war.
Are Americans really that dumb that they buy Trump's lies about trade?
