Here you go! Explanations in this thread.
EB-2 is an employment-based visa for people with either "exceptional ability in their field," or an advanced degree such as an MA or a PhD.

But there is a national interest waiver that bypasses the requirement of a job offer, and it's this loophole which Trump is driving a truck through.

WOW. So this is obviously a huge violation of this man's rights, and it illustrates a few things we're seeing broadly:

- DHS officers are ignoring peoples' IDs and instead requiring screening through their own systems
- Confirms @404media.co's reports of use of DHS's facial recognition app.

If we don't end the use of surveillance technologies, the tools will only become more pervasive and violent.

If we argue against a surveillance tool based upon its "accuracy" or suggest implementing oversight models, we're misunderstanding the problem.

These are surveillance companies marketing services to prisons. Their own sales materials say as much. Phones are just a tool and part of the package.

Where I work, people prefer less. From one person who'd been friendly, I now hear "I don't talk about personal stuff at work." I'm like, "The customary response is to just say 'fine, and you?'" So now I just say that person's name and might nod. Some may note my (masked) smiles in my eye crinkles.
You can make a couple small changes. to get the most of your interactions with your colleagues — starting with your first greeting to them, says Vanessa Van Edwards.

Mastering other interactions could help you become more well-liked at work, too.

Always important to bear in mind that Truth Social posts do not have the force of law and sometimes Trump just says he’s doing things and nothing actually happens.
Trump claims “any document” signed by Joe Biden is “hereby terminated.”

He calls out executive orders later but obviously “any document” would be much broader and include legislation.

(He can’t legally do that but, as always, we get to watch how far he can push this without repercussions)
