the thing about hrt is that it is not other medication. it does not require titration. you do not have to, and categorically should not, start at the lowest possible dosage. the only reason this happens is because transition is seen as a fail state of "side effects" that doctors want to discourage.
I am not going to degrade or demean any of my sister's hrt regimens but 100% we HAVE to discuss the fact that most doctors in the United States WILL try to start your HRT with pathetically low estrogen with pills and tons of Spiro.
