1. In a devastating new Pew Research Survey, only 3 in 10 transgender adults report being accepted by their parents.

And only 1 in 10 say they are accepted by their extended family.

This is the lowest number ever found in surveys asking similar questions.

Absolutely.
The way Sky 🙄 frames it, they've all turned up with AK47s to terrorise the neighbourhood with. I'm sure all they want to do is care for their kids and live a normal life.

The reality is most of the young women were naive and coerced into going to Syria, and their children are victims of circumstance.
Both mothers and children have been traumatised by their experience and should be given help to build healthy lives back here, both physically & mentally

These costumes really ruin the optics of the propaganda videos the far right wants to make, which is what they're there for.

ICE will eventually target them and brutalize them to try to run them off, so they can get useful propaganda video. I hope they're prepared for that.

The 'Surviving Malka Leifer' documentary is heart wrenching and traumatic but well worth your time.

It documents the Hell these three brave women have gone through, not least of which was how the Melbourne ultra-Orthodox Adass community closed ranks to protect their abuser, instead of her victims.
