2 pieces of kitchen advice. 1. Never use the self cleaning feature on your oven. You can Google why, but trust me. 2. You can wash that dirty fucked up old baking sheet to make sure it's not contaminated with bacteria, but let it stay all fucked up. It's seasoned like cast iron. It cooks better.
