People are right to be incensed, but there are more names to uplift. ICE killed an immigrant man named Silverio Villegas González in Chicagoland. He had children. Victor Manuel Diaz was kidnapped in Minneapolis and died in ICE custody on January 14. Their names deserve to be repeated, too.

Then Ice kidnapped a five year old.

Then border patrol murdered Va nurse.
Then Sec Noam went on tv and lied about it

This is one awful incident among many this week alone and yet we have to beg elected representatives not to vote to fund this. Anyone not fighting this is complicit.

This would have been a great time for any of our elected representatives to actually do or say something about taking over another country today. But, I guess it was too close to a holiday.
The #Senate convened at 12 noon for a pro forma session to begin the 2nd session of the 119th Congress. Sen. Moran presided and no business was conducted. The Senate returns for business at 3pm on Monday Jan 5 with 1 vote at 5:30pm on confirmation of Keith Bass to be an Asst Secretary of Defense.

It was a great day out at my local #NoKings protest. Close to 1000 people in attendance, no violence, amazing weather, and lots of friendly community.
