What if we as authors/actors/culture creators just--collectively decided that the NYT is no longer the paper of record? Stopped submitting books for review? Stopped giving interviews? Stopped using their pull quotes on our dust jackets and in our advertising? Stopped submitting op-eds?
The asymmetry of Bouie having to delete posts for a bunch of journalists suffering zero consequences for horrifically unethical journalism is peak

HUGE WIN! A preliminary injunction was granted in the trans passport case.

For now, it only applies to the plaintiff but they can seek class certification soon and extend it to everyone seeking to change gender markers on passports.
