Incidentally, this is correct, which is precisely we should pursue "you must license material for training, at normal rates" as the legal vector for how to legally end the LLM industry.
The idea of licensing copyrighted content for training is ridiculous, by the way. Because training involves a huge amount of data. So each artist would need to be recompensed 0.0000001p in the usual tech disruptor way, or the business (if properly costed to pay artists) is unworkable.
