I’ve been posting about this since 2022, but looks like it’s time to do so again: treating giving up territory as something Zelenskyy could OR would do, if he weren’t politically ambitious &/or afraid of his compatriots is both HOWLINGLY ignorant—and proof of utter disdain for Ukrainian sovereignty.

More broadly applicable, yes. Very much so.

Myself, cis/het, negotiated my exit to graduate highschool at 16. Outta there.

I have mixed feelings about minors on the interwebs.

Generally speaking, I think there's more potential harm than good, as with my immediate person, who's exceptionally vulnerable to manipulation and, worse, exploitation (albeit technically older than I).

This hit me like a gut punch, because I lost a good friend to glioblastoma. I wish Jason Collins a speedy & full recovery, knowing that Stage 4 Glioblastoma has always been terminal.

Hoping for a cure.

Among many other things, this is a story about how real journalism works to expose the propaganda crew Hegseth has installed at the Pentagon.
1/ MUST READ: @dfriedman.bsky.social asked the Pentagon about a Goodreads page linked to the email of a top official that featured pornographic books. Then, MAGA influencer—and newly minted member of DOD press corps—Jack Posobiec threatened to smear him.

Quite the coincidence!

I asked the Pentagon about Pete Hegseth's mentor. Then the threats started.

I don’t know Bobby. But I have loved ones who have waged similar fights to survive. And every gift in the battle, no matter the size, is a blessing beyond measure. For the giver as well as the recipient.
Bobby has been at the Reagan Medical Center at UCLA in LA for more than 9 weeks. But a temporary setback of an emergency surgery is keeping him here for approx 2 weeks -- really praying for Christmas!

We really need to continue funding his outpatient room!

America does not have capital punishment for selling or smuggling drugs and none of these people were arrested or tried. There could have been mountains of cocaine in open view on the deck of the boats and it still would have been murder of unarmed civilians.
Rand Paul just posted this letter from the Coast Guard confirming that 1/4 of the boats they stop carry no contraband. The likelihood that Hegseth & Bradley ordered the murder of innocent civilians is very high.
