The Republican president is a pedophile who has doubled my healthcare costs and let scores of violent criminals out of jail. But a Democratic mayor-elect wants to make busses free in a city I don't live in. I have never felt more politically homeless.

Shocked but not surprised to learn how many ~titans of industry~ who probably think of themselves as brave ballsy businessmen are actually cowardly pieces of shit when it counts.

One of the most successful pedestrian streets in the world, the Strøget in Copenhagen, was filled with cars until a 2 year pedestrianization pilot project in 1962. The opposition argued “no cars means no business,” but the street has been a massive retail success, the city’s busiest shopping street.

BESSENT: I assume we do

CNBC: You haven't seen that paperwork?

So she froze hiring and added an online checkout fee to help cover the cost. But she hasn't moved production out of China. Not because she hasn't tried, but because it wasn't a viable option.
