When I eat crap I feel like crap. I also feel like crap if I eat too much of a good thing, no matter how healthy it is. Extreme culture isn’t new. They were serving ice cream in kitchen sinks before I was born. Have the wisdom to listen to your body, & if you can’t hear it, listen closer. ☯️🌱✌️
