The ref today was horrendous. Even if you allowed him some benefit of the doubt for the two bad Fulham tackles that only got yellows, how the fuck did he blow the whistle after exactly 9 minutes when Leno spent 2 minutes lying on the ball and Iwobi spent 2 more minutes fondling his jewels? Disgrace.

I’m also now at the point that I hope we sell Núñez, not because I don’t think he’s good enough but because he’s the only #LFC player not allowed to be anything other than clinical. Didn’t have a clear-cut opportunity but seen loads of people on here slagging him off. It’s a bit mad IMO so I CBA.

Just me that thinks Darwin didn’t do much wrong with either of his chances? I get that he’s polarising but sometimes keepers just make good saves. I don’t think he could have done much more with either chance tbh.

The argument for a player like Darwin Nunez is always underlying numbers. Even when he underperforms them (i.e missing chances) - are they chances no other player gets? His big chance volume is huge.

Arne Slot has nullified Darwin Nunez. The No9 isn't getting many chances, he's no longer a reliable goal threat and he's stopped creating for others. He's doing a *job* for the team out of possession but it's like using double-sided sticky tape to hang a picture when you ideally need a nail.

Caution in the transfer market I get, but here's a bona fide superstar who loves the club. Pay him. Paying him for three years is £54m; you can't replace him for that.
