The process of every institution from universities to the press thoroughly converting themselves into a bunch of bowling pins to be knocked down by whichever passing right-wing imbecile has the least shame is pretty much complete
one little thing that really rankles about the reporting on this story is how they say she "cited" the bible. no she didn't! she alluded to it at best

A disturbing update to this story: Despite the fact that he was about to be released from a US prison after completing a sentence here, when Kelvin Membreño was deported to El Salvador he was sent to CECOT prison and remains there. The family has not heard from him since.
NEW — Kelvin Membreño will be deported to El Salvador by ICE tomorrow. He’s the birth father of three US citizen daughters and has become an important part of their lives.

The OU administration says yes, her getting a good grade is the correct academic outcome, and has made it policy that any student complaint results in an automatic suspension of the professor
