The folks who are looking after Roger and started the GFM provide regular updates. It turns out this dude made documentaries - great documentaries! I remember watching this particular one on TV in the early 90s, narrated by Peter Coyote.

A year or two ago back in my Twitter days, someone shared a GoFundMe for this guy Roger Snodgrass, who I’ve never met before in my life and had never heard of. Older gentleman with health problems, and declining means. So I supported the GFM.

This is wrong on every level. It’s a rigorous process that can take years. Just because a small number of rotten people faked being blind or paralyzed doesn’t mean the system should be gutted or over 9 million veterans getting benefits smeared. This is so dam irresponsible of WaPo.
