We want to take a moment to express how proud we are of you, America. You have stood up and spoken out every step of the way—especially when Congress and the media remained silent. When we called for help, you answered.

50501 is a decentralized rapid response to the anti-democratic, destructive, and, in many cases, illegal actions being undertaken by the Trump administration. Can I count on the senator to support us either in person or by sharing and elevating our movement?

Our coalition has grown rapidly, now standing strong with over 92,000 federal employees. We are united by our oath and our commitment to hold the line. Every day, more of us are being targeted simply for speaking the truth to America.

I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.

Cynicism is our enemy. We should check it, incl. on the left. It’s not intellectually superior. It’s the virus they’re trying to infect us with. NO

I know it feels hard, but when the leopards eat maga faces, we need to demonstrate that it's ok to 'switch sides'. The in-fighting between primary colors is not helping a nation who desperately needs total solidarity to overturn a coup.

The surest way to protect our Constitution is to act and talk like we still have one.

The surest way to lose it is to act like we don't.

NEW: The board president of a small WV nonprofit says they haven't received their HHS funding since the Trump/Musk budget freeze. They had to lay off 3 of 5 employees on Friday. An 86-yr-old woman is counting on them to take her dialysis tomorrow. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

I stand with the National Parks employees, environmental scientists, engineers and all those federal employees in the US being threatened right now.

This is personal.

The wealthiest men in the world are playing games with lives. Many, many lives.
We are deeply concerned about the current state of our country. As civil servants, we are doing everything in our power to resist, even if it costs us our jobs. We are proud to be Americans, but what is happening right now does not reflect the values we, as Americans, stand for!

MLK photo posts can be purposeful social content.

but MLK advocated for those who lacked social contentment. those who were weary and wrongly burdened.

we can and should remember Martin Luther King’s image. but in this moment, we choose to advance his intent.
