I took my third ARE test one week ago and I felt so bad afterwards I entered some sort of manic state and drew a map for one of my WIPs. There's something very soothing about drawing an orthographic projection.

Sometimes I'm like 'man why the fuck do I want to be an architect?' and then other times I get to clip on a badge and scuttle through an abandoned building with a headlamp or spend a few hours in a lovely museum and I'm like 'they PAY ME to do this as long as I write numbers down the whole time???'

I usually can't post photos from work but these are at a public park so it's okay. Currently sitting in an abandoned building waiting for keys so enjoy my morning stroll.

I wish you still got stickers and candy when you go to the doctor as an adult. It would make waiting half an hour to be told they need to do more tests and refer me to another specailst much more tolerable if I got a sucker and was told I was being very brave.
