"Ethical AI" does not exist. There is no reality where you can have generative AI that's "ethically trained". There are ZERO AI models trained ethically, and there will never be any.

The term has been made up by people who want a pass on using AI. You don't get that pass, slop peddlers.

As the backlash to generative AI in video games continues to pick up steam heading into 2026, it'll be fascinating to see what is considered "made with generative AI." Can a dev team say they're not using AI if they're writing design docs with Copilot or using chatGPT to make schedules and budgets?

When we write or draw porn or erotica, we get banned from having a bank account and our livelihoods get seized even if we give it away for free.

When billionaires steal what we've written or drawn to churn out a slop-approximate of porn, they're allowed to charge for it.

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year
We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right. Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases. In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing). In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

Zwei Bilder von Schmetterlingen hängen an der Wand. Der besondere Eyecatcher ist ein Maiskolben, der mit aufgefächerten Blättern wie ein Geweih an einem Holzschild hängt. Die Küche ist zur Hälfte gefliest mit blauen Kacheln die ein zartes Rankenmuster in den Ecken haben. Darüber sieht man eine Holzleiste, gefolgt von einer warm gelben Tapete mit hauchzartem Streifenmuster Jetzt gucken wir uns noch mal die linke Seite des Bildes an, vor allem den Tisch mit den Plätzchen und dem frechen Rußmännchen Zucker Dieb. Die Plätzchen haben eine ausgestanzte Herzform in der Mitte, durch die man leckere Himbeermarmelade sieht. Ein Gefäß mich Küchenutensilien steht daneben.
