The evidence of "sniper safaris" in Bosnia is substantial enough to be convinced that they happened, but nobody has ever faced trial, nevermind justice. Hopefully Italy's investigation gets to the truth of the matter, even if justice would be decades too late for the alleged victims.

Based on the incoming and available OSINT info, and other third party sourcing, US action in Venezuela is highly possible in the next 48 hours. Likely consisting of strikes on cartel and military targets. Things can change, but I am anticipating to begin reporting on this very soon.
