“What’s that money for?” a reporter asked, and the president completely ignored it. trib.al/gXra3f6

Is the membership fee for a chunk of real estate in Jared Kushner’s “New Gaza” plan? Or is it going to Trump’s pocket via some offshore bank account based in Qatar? We may never know.

Warning, violent imagery⚠️

I've been reticent to share these videos because I know many are sensitive to violence, but after reading Chris's post, I see how it's important for people to see the lies about what the government told us about what happened with their own eyes.

Believe your own eyes!

James Talarico: I want to ban corporate PACs.

Ban Super PACs.

Ban members of Congress from trading stocks.

Ban gerrymandering.

Overhaul the Supreme Court.

Pass term limits.

And require members of Congress to hold at least one annual town hall so their constituents can hold them accountable.

Yes.
Pam Bondi just sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying ICE will leave if the state turns over its voter database to Trump.

Guess what? This has never been about safety or immigration. It’s a pretext for Trump to take over elections in swing states.

It should also hold up all of Mr. Trump’s nominees to national security positions until he commits to halting his attacks on the alliance.

From today’s NYT Editorial Board

The Republicans who control Congress cannot sit on their hands as they have so many times in the last year. Many of them know the value of NATO. Congress should pass a bill that bars spending on any military action against Greenland or Western Europe.

I came to Congress to do the job: to work for people and protect them.

Now I’m facing 17 years in prison for standing up to this administration and to ICE. But if they think I’ll back down, they are wrong.

It is important to acknowledge who is standing up and who is just trying to get by. Every day Americans are standing up while the powerful are mostly standing by.

Why aren't law firms standing up and sending lawyers to Minneapolis. Why aren't the corporations speaking out? Why isn't the media?
