Finally made an appointment to do my REAL ID since my license (non REAL) expires on the 30th of Dec.
I'd much rather make an appointment for a month out and know I'll get seen then than show up at a random tuesday and wait umpteen hours

Passed exams in a poli sci PhD program, had a quarter life crisis and exited before writing a dissertation, moved back home to Missouri and took the first job I was offered, salvaging data analytics skills. A year and a half later moved to the cities and took another job in state government.

As a recent-ish transplant to the Twin Cities, I have to say that I was really proud to see so many real life friends and neighbors stand up, and even put their bodies on the line, for our vulnerable community members today. Makes me glad to live here and I feel lucky about the friends I’ve made.
