If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

If the constitution is still in operation, Trump's executive order abolishing the Department of Education is just a suggestion.

I dislike Edolf Muskrat as much as everyone else. But it makes me uncomfortable when his critics focus on his immigrant status. I don't think that's helpful, and ultimately might be detrimental. The Left can't be the anti-immigrant ideology.
