Before I started to freelance, I never expected that answering emails and communicating with clients (plus paperwork) would take up so much time and energy.
On some days, answering emails feels like I'm spending all my spell slots for the day and need a long rest afterward

I joined a gym with my partner about a month and a half ago now. He's never been a gym member before, and his "fitness" when he was younger was primarily martial arts. He asked me today what the calisthenics frame/power tower was for today. I showed him hanging leg raises.

A thing that I will never get used is the fact that you can just stop liking someone you've been friends with for literal decades? Someone you've been friends with since before you became an adult, and you just realise you actually dislike them. Whether by gradual drift, or whatever else. I hate it.
