1. Congress members have staff. Yes, the reconciliation bill text ran to 1,100 pages, but divided up among a subset of staff, reading it is doable. 2. This provision was reported on lots in advance as being likely. CTRL+F would have found it. 3. Members need to do their jobs more & whine less.
