Not all daydreaming is "maladaptive" daydreaming is not inherently bad. Using your imagination to tell yourself little stories is free fun and entertainment. Its not bad to tell yourself stories while you fall asleep. Dreaming and imagining are good things.

Today marks the beginning of Men’s Mental Health Month.

Mental health amongst men is often seen as a taboo subject. It’s felt there’s a stigma around talking about men’s mental health, as if talking about it, or admitting to being upset or struggling with our mental health is a sign of weakness.
