Well we're about to live through the absolute worst year of anti-trans hysteria any of us has ever seen, so hold onto your brothers, sibs, and sisters and keep things locked down.

they’re calling the most recent shooter in minnesota trans to ignore the fact that there has been an organized group of far-right suicidal school shooters and this person is very likely going to be linked to them as well

Meet the giant rain frog! To survive the summer heat, this amphibian burrows underground. At about 1.8 in (4.5cm) long, it’s the largest of all rain frogs. When threatened, it can blow up like a balloon, intimidating foes with sudden roundness.

You may not like that it takes 100 years to pass some watered down social welfare program because of the constitution but that's also what protects us from dictatorship [some dumb slob does dictatorship in 6 months]

Too bad that our legal and institutional safeguards only work to prevent good policies. It would be cool if they also stopped the evil stuff

One thing I wish more people were consciously aware of is that we live in a society that is constantly trying to control you by framing every decision asked of you as a choice between two bad options in order to convince you that you are powerless to either understand or pursue moral clarity

I'm so sick of seeing headlines like "judge orders regime to stop doing regime things". They're nothing. The only headlines that actually matter are about compliance/enforcement - the rulings are meaningless unless they actually lead to change.

No matter what happens this is going to suck for fans of Bloodlines as a CRPG. If it does well we can expect to never actually see Bloodlines as anything but Not!Dishonored and if it does poorly it'll just be seen as evidence that the title has no value; we're never getting an actual Bloodlines 2.

It's immensely disappointing, but exactly what you'd expect from Paradox, a company I simply don't trust any more after how they did Harebrained Schemes dirty, firing staff and pushing out their game to die before it was ready. I'm hopeful for the game, but Paradox just can't help themselves.
TWO FUCKING CLANS LOCKED BEHIND THE PREMIUM VERSION OF THE GAME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
