there are of course many examples of political constituencies that have in fact killed scores of children (en route to some other evil goal), but I can't offhand think of any historical examples of a political constituency organized for that specific purpose
Breaking: After contentious debates and three failed attempts at a vote, a federal vaccine committee decided on Friday to end the decades-long recommendation that all newborns be immunized at birth against hepatitis B.

"Never spread the lie in the headline" should be a hard rule of 21st century journalism.

Research shows that repeating lies helps to spread them, and people read headlines more than they read stories.
News media has to do better with headlines that present false and unverified public health claims.

It’s not a great deal if you don’t need it. And especially this year, others really need support. So for all of us who have enough, let’s refuse to get sucked into the holiday shopping frenzy and share instead of shop. We don’t need more stuff, we need communities where all our neighbors are safe.

Here is my peace plan for Ukraine/Russia.

1. Russia gets the fuck out of Ukraine.

2. Putin goes on trial in the Hague.

3. Russia pays everyone for everything.

4. Trump gets impeached, convicted, and sent to jail.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Totally love this. If you’re local to Concord, NH, shopping downtown (especially, if I may be so bold, @ Viking House) is one way to ensure that your $ is going to your friends and neighbors who will spend it to support radical things like people having enough food and a safe place to sleep 😊
These posters started popping up ahead of next week’s We Ain’t Buying It boycott.

From Nov 27 - Dec 1, folks are stepping back from corporate chains like Target, Home Depot, and Amazon. People are done being squeezed, so they are using the leverage of their wallets 💥

Maybe, and I'm spitballing here, women don't like waiting in hospital parking lots until they are near death to have life-saving abortions. Maybe they enjoy having a bank account and jobs and voting rights. Maybe they don't want a court judge to decide if they deserve a divorce. Wow, what a mystery.

The thing about Mamdani is that he’s a talented politician but not otherworldly or one in a billion, he’s just a competent guy with popular ideas who ran against an entitled piece of shit and to me it’s a lot more optimistic to imagine 1000 campaigns like his than to view him as a unique phenomenon

If the regime leader has already received a payout, then the American people need to sue for damages. Before the regime took power, the DOJ actually had integrity & didn’t bring cases without evidence.

1) Damages to the Capitol on 1/6/21.
2) Frivolous weaponized court cases.
