Sitting eating my dinner near the window at sunset (18:39) just now, and there was a fat bee supping on the fatsia japonica blossoms. Temperatures are pretty mild, but I was still surprised, and happy, to see that.

I met a Plaid chap coming round the doors last week. Our conversation boiled down to wanting to try to quell the Trumpoids (Reform & co). I'll vote, in May 2026, for who's most likely to attain that.

There's just way too much of the current rule of law crisis in the US that's a copy-paste of something that happened before elsewhere (with some local American variations) yet a lot of reaction boils down to a combination of "I can't imagine it could happen here/it has never happened before" 2/
