5 small things you can do that will help later:
Make a list of nearby places/activities that expose you to beauty. Put it somewhere easy to see.
Check your pantry/freezer and stock up on some easy-prep meals and shelf stable staples (beans, rice, soups, etc)
Grab some incense/herb bundles...
