It's interesting how so many showrunners/ directors/ writers seem to not realize what they've cooked
Like they'll grab cool camera tricks or writing banter from popular ROMANCE STORIES cause it looks cool, and then get weirdly upset when audiences read it as "obviously romantic"

My experience with companies pushing for RTO is that they were unwilling to acknowledge that the friction of WFH is 100% worth the benefit of 1) not having commutes 2) not getting fucking sick all the time in an office setting
Again I say: how fucking interesting that remote work technology is bad and not worth adopting despite all research pointing to productivity gains, but genAI which offers NOTHING is so important to adopt and force on people who have no use for it despite all the horrible things genAI does

Bardot's views were not "controversial", she was an old fashioned jackboot fascist obsessed with bloodline purity. Lovely cheekbones though, so swings and roundabouts I guess if you are an obit writer today?
This is from Bardot's memoir "Un cri dans le silence" btw. I've seen a lot of people mentioning her "right wing politics" with a hand wave, so they can talk about her beauty or animal activism, but not actually sitting with the ugliness of her legacy.
