Estrogen is not dangerous.
It's very hard to hurt someone without going to truly absurd levels
Blockers of any kind (cypro, bica, spiro, fin, duta even GnRH analogues) are much less safe. More caution is required.
Doctors love to go negligible E prescriptions, sky high blockers prescriptions.
