I live in a swing district in ATL suburbs. I find solace in TV and romance. Bones was a seminal show for me in the streaming/social era.

My review of Agatha Christie's Seven Dials on Netflix, which scratched a cozy English murder mystery itch I didn't realize I had:

TV is obviously not what it once was, but…

- 3.3mm watched a new show on Fox on Tuesday
- DWTS broke linear records last season
- Tracker, High Potential are averaging ~16mm an episode
- 5mm streamed the premiere of The Pitt in the first 3 days

Resilience of TV a bit of an underdiscussed story IMO
Ratings: Fox’s BEST MEDICINE notched 3.3M same-day viewers with its first original Tuesday episode. That’s nearly double what KITCHEN NIGHTMARES did in the same slot a year ago, and up 30% from what DOC did in the 9 pm hour last year.

Big, big win for Fox.

Now that the embargo has lifted, I can say there’s no sophomore slump in sight for #ThePitt. I didn’t feel like I had enough new to say to merit a full review — which, honestly, speaks to how confidently Season 2 delivers more of what already works.

Glad to see someone far more familiar with DOC MARTIN than I was when I watched the first few eps of BEST MEDICINE also believes the US remake is charming in its own right. Fox's version debuts on TV tonight and streams tomorrow, with a second ep airing Tuesday on the show's regular night.

Will X being the platform for AI csam finally be the thing that gets people who should have quit it 2 years to leave. At a certain point (now), if you are a public figure hanging on there, you’re endorsing all of this.

It’s amazing when people you know personally post AI on their social media account. Like why would you do that to your friends?? I guess people are lazy?

My advice: Like what you like and don't worry about anyone who tells you it's cringe. Life's short and the world's on fire, and as long as you're not hurting other people, you're fine. I mean, I still like U2, too! I don't care who knows it. If other people don't like that, that's a them problem.
I love U2. I feel like I could have glided along, enjoying them, if it wasn’t for that damned internet. Now I am on the defensive or lying low with my fandom. That’s happening somewhat now with Taylor Swift. She’s the biggest star in the world but the backlash has begun. “Mom pop”?
