As a reminder Trans Kids Deserve Better have been pushing for the release of missing suicide numbers for over a year. These have not been published since the implementation of the puberty blocker ban. They will not tell us how many kids Cass has killed.

Not all males or all females produce gametes.
There are many aspects of sex and all of which are mutable to some degree or another. At minimum a trans person can change their sex to the same standard as an injured or intersex cis female. uncontroversially Female

Sorry to any kids but both Binary Sex and Santa Claus are just as real as each other. Not real at all.
Wait til they find out sex is also a social construct 😎 The line exists where we draw it because its where we choose to draw it and the line is not perfectly fixed or always clear. Binary sex is a lie we tell children.

Yeah its clear- they do not want people knowing the reality of single sex spaces.
1. Not every "woman only space" is a single sex space under the equality act. Likely most bathrooms are not etc.
2. Where single sex spaces exist exceptions can be made for cleaners, children (or trans people 😲🤯)

A genuinely held belief (that I would love to have proven wrong): I don't think Stephenson is assuming that trans people have no legal rights as trans - I think she is assuming (correctly) that stating a lie as a fact converts the lie into a fact for many in this current climate
Mary-Ann Stephenson assumes - either from ignorance or malice - that trans people have no legal rights as trans. That is deeply troubling from someone holding her role - although hardly surprising given her history.
