Beyond helping establish DHS itself in 2003, Mr. Mitnick was a senate-confirmed Trump choice for General Counsel for DHS in his first term. I've talked with him a few times, and he's not a man for hyperbole. So bear that in mind when you see him calling out DHS's "lawlessness, fascism, and cruelty."

Two different agents are visibly firing their guns, with at least 10 shots being heard in total. Most of them are fired after a brief delay, when the man is already lying motionless on the ground. The current videos of the shooting only show these two agents with guns drawn.

Then someone should tell this puppy killing C--T that Alex Pretti had a LEGAL permit to carry, but at the time of his execution, he was helping a fellow citizen, NOT pointing his legal gun at ICE.
Noem has an A+ rating w/ the NRA. She made South Dakota a "constitutional carry" state and helped expand the law to allow guns on school grounds. Republicans gave her an award, which was just a gun, two years ago. Her political identity is basically inseparable from right-wing 2A activism.
Noem lies shamelessly: "An individual approached order Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic gun. The officers attempted to disarm this individual, but the armed suspect reacted violently. This looks like a situation where an individual arrived to inflict maximum damage and kill law enforcement"
