As someone who works out regularly, I cannot overstate the benefits hot water has when you're cramped up it helps loosen muscles and get back to normal.

Tbqh I think that monogamous people getting big mad when someone suggests that their lifestyle isn’t a replacement for routine STI testing is akin to the outrage of christofascists who feel oppressed bc they have to live alongside people different from them who don’t recognize their supremacy
