“When streets became calmer & safer, more people felt comfortable trying a bike commute for the first time. Families began pedaling to the park…Local businesses saw new life…And cycling stopped feeling like a niche activity—it became part of everyday Parisian life.”

I'm excited for Limp Bizkit, but I'm a little worried about Antifa...
Question
I'm sick and tired of seeing these thugs terrorize big events and am worried that they will try to interrupt Limp Bizkit's set. My gf (F19) and I (M31) are going to our first Lollapalooza and are concerned about the growing threat around the city

(shared with permission) ICE/CBP has been active on Chicago's northwest side this morning—and also met with rapid responders.

Agents reportedly abducted one man from this Dunkin at Belmont and Milwaukee around 9:30am before speeding off.

Chicago’s Irving park road is becoming a real hub of fiber arts these days! #knitting #weaving #spinning #dyeing studios, galleries, and more. When the world is full of horrors we need community & the arts more than ever. Check out some of these new spots
Map of Chicago’s Irving park road on the northwest side shows a dot near kimball on the east end and a dot on long to the west, with the route 80 bus connecting them. View of the author beginning to knit from a white ball of yarn in front of a green woven table cloth and a coffee mug

From time to time we share projects from the Taliesin Associated Architects. The TAA carried on the tradition and vision of Organic Architecture forward to future generations and a lasting legacy.

Bonus that it got a lousy (but fun!) Atari 2600 game.
Picture of the box of the Atari 2600 game Mega Force (not even spelled the same way as the movie...without a space)

TFW you paid $1400 to see Beckett’s most famous work without knowing anything about it
One Star Review of Waiting for Godot on Broadway
I recently attended Waiting for Godot on Broadway and spent over $1,400 for two Row C seats (103 and 104). I'm a longtime admirer of Broadway productions and even hold a season pass for Shea's Performing Arts Theatre, so I came in with genuine enthusiasm and high expectations. Unfortunately, this show was unlike anything ! have ever experienced —and not in a good way.
What I encountered was not the artistry, music, or emotional storytelling I usually associate with Broadway, but instead what felt like an endless cycle of nonsensical conversation between characters who seemed trapped in their own madness. I tried-truly tried-to find meaning, symbolism, or even a thread of emotional resonance. I stayed through the first half hoping the second would offer clarity. But by intermission, it was clear: this was a waste of both time and money.
Keanu Reeves is an actor I respect greatly, but I cannot fathom why he would agree to participate in such a disjointed, inaccessible production. His talent was lost in a performance that defied reason rather than provoked insight.
To anyone considering attending: unless you are drawn to highly abstract, nearly incomprehensible theater, I strongly caution you against this show. For the average, educated, thoughtful theatergoer, it is far more frustrating than fulfilling. In my opinion, this was the single most disappointing Broadway experience I've ever had - an unfortunate waste of money and, more importantly, of time.

I mean, what's a plane more likely to hit, a helicopter or a drone?

everybody loves the portland protest frog but it would be real easy to buy that same costume online and show up places to collect your free drinks so i don't think we should make a habit out of buying drinks for the frog

either we need to start registering each frog with a unique ID code or the original frog needs to stop being the only visible frog because otherwise a chud is going to disguise himself as the one and only frog and as far as the folks back home know that costume is homemade and one of a kind

After inquiring with their office, they are using the helicopter to ticket people driving on the shoulder of the 290 expressway. Apparently there have been accidents lately.
