Functioning airlines, nutrition assistance and pay for a million people. What Blue sky doesn't seem to understand is that the issue has been highlighted & everyone knows who to blame if the subsidies don't pass: Republicans.
An agreement to agree to do a later vote is NOT an enforceable contract so what in the actual hell are Americans getting out of this deal??
