Nå har det også kommer oppdaterte byindekser basert på trafikktellinger t.o.m. august. Dette er usikre tall, men det er tydelig at særlig Stavanger-området ligger dårlig an i forhold til nullvekstmålet. Ny bussvei kan kanskje hjelpe noe, men det trengs også restriktive tiltak.

Det er få ting som er så krevende som å utforme et enmannskretsbasert flertallssystem som ikke strider mot vår grunnleggende rettferdighetsforståelse.
