The 400 richest Americans are now worth a record $6.6 trillion.

The entire bottom 50% of America is worth just $4.2 trillion.

Read that back.

When 400 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.

If the goal of education is democracy, then both the ways and means get to be more expansive.

We can open up curriculum, be more creative with our pedagogy, and allow for multiple pathways in our assessments.

Innovation shouldn't be relegated to neoliberalism. We can do so much better.

Arkansas spent $26 million on administrative costs for work requirements — and saw no increase in employment.

Georgia’s program cost $40 million in one year — 80% of that went to administrative and consulting costs.
