- To own a horse
- To have a family member in prison
- To have many children
- To own an old car
- That not just anyone can enter your neighborhood
- Ripped/Torn clothes

An embarrassing troll and a bully. His photo should be replaced with Stephen Miller, the real power behind the throne.

Honestly, I get that we need these stories, but, like, the actual story is: Everyone with half a brain knew this — and many, many people said it — but Stephen Miller doesn’t care. And Donald Trump let him start implementing this stupid, hateful plan.

Yes, she says, we need more tradespeople - but not her. She means the plebs, you see. She went to St. Anselm's College (softball scholarship) and majored in communications and minored in poli sci.
Leavitt: "Electricians, plumbers -- we need more of those in our country, and less LGBTQ graduate majors from Harvard University. And that's what this administration's position is."

A thing that people might not know is that by treaty (and implementing regulations) the United States has bound itself to not deport people to a country where they face a likelihood of torture. That includes noncitizens convicted of heinous crimes.

The Ashli Babbitt situation is tragic in my mind.

A woman radicalized thanks to lies by the President and some of his top supporters.

It genuinely makes me sad.

But the force Cap Police used was justified.
BREAKING via Washington Post

The Trump administration has agreed to pay nearly $5 million to the family of Ashli Babbitt to settle a wrongful death lawsuit.

Babbitt was shot and killed by Capitol Police when she attempted to storm the House Speaker’s Lobby on January 6.

People tend to dismiss VP Pence’s actions on J6: he was just doing his job, why should he get any credit for simply sticking to the letter of the law?

But if it was so easy to do, why was he one of the very few in his party to do it?

Always remember that Brad Karp decided it wasn’t worth standing up for the rule of law when his firm of Paul Weiss was targeted. Never forget it, not for a minute.
BREAKING: Federal judge rules that President Donald Trump's executive order targeting the Perkins Coie law firm — the first of several such orders — is unconstitutional and, accordingly, "null and void."

I know, there were executive orders.

I will not be on them tonight, but I saw them.

Watching Katsas learn over the course of one (1) month on the motions panel that you can’t trust the Trump administration to fairly implement a court order is a helluva thing.
BREAKING: The D.C. Circuit, on a 2-1 vote, bars the CFPB from terminations pending appellate review of a district court injunction. Judge Pillard (Obama) and Katsas (Trump) take the action over the disset of Judge Rao (Trump).
UPDATE: In the CFPB litigation, as discovery was produced, DOJ claimed several documents as privileged. Given that most relate to Paoletta, whose declaration was the key justification of the RIF, plaintiffs said, basically: "Hold up, you can't say he authorized this *and* we can't tell you why."
