Sound level 5:30am off Florida boulevard in West Navarre inn New Orleans NOLA 200 ft from the i-610. LaDOT says they measures and we don't qualify for a sound wall. bullshit. this would be worse if a crotch rocket or custom exhaust had gone screaming past like they do at night.

I can't comment directly on this post but I can point out that the "Levee" police are in fact the private security force of everyone who lives north of Allen Toussaint.

I believe the professional military, especially the senior officer corps, would never do anything out of bounds to support Trump. Ut's the part-timeers in the Guard operating under title 32 State direction, with authority to act as LEO, in places like New Orleans that frighten the fuck out of me
