I've been thinking a lot about that bumper sticker which says "everything looks like a conspiracy theory when you don't understand how anything works" and folks it's pretty obvious to me that the people in power right now have absolutely no desire to understand how anything works.

Stores across Canada have begun removing U.S. Red State liquors from their shelves and replacing them with “buy Canadian instead” signs. Canada isn’t playing around and I’m loving it.

Average battery prices for passenger EVs are now below $100/kWh, often seen as the threshold for price parity with ICEs. Some EVs have achieved it, but this varies by region, segment and automaker.

It's sized like a Toyota RAV4 and even comes with a Tesla-style NACS plug. How would this not be a hit in the U.S., Kia? insideevs.com/news/749287/...
The Kia EV5 Is Headed To Canada, But It Skips The U.S.
Kia's Chinese or Singaporean-made EV5 slots between the EV6 and EV3. The U.S. isn't on the menu.

Was there any coverage at all from the mainstream media about the Honey revelations?

I'm not that plugged in to The Feeds so it's a genuine question. All I've run across is various meta discussion on YouTube, here, and some indie sites.

Due to ~logistical issues~ I was worried I'd have to break my recent tradition of Christmas Day videos.

But I'm putting the bow on it now, and it'll be under the virtual tree in the morning!

I am such a believer in this. Down-ballot is the way.

It’s also how we build a sustainable future of good leaders and infrastructure to elect and support them, as well as the movements they represent.

We don’t just need strong candidates. We need strong organizers, managers, CoS, grassroots, etc.
I’ve been organizing in rural areas since the first Trump administration. Rural Dems can make the difference in races at the top of the ticket.

Republicans have all of the electorate they’re ever going to have. Organize to turn out 5% to 10% more Dems in rural spaces. Watch what happens…
